Hi, I'm Roxanne. Mum, teacher, nature playworker and founder of Free to Be Bush Play and Learning. I've spent over 15 years supporting children and families and I believe nature is one of our greatest teachers.

I believe our children deserve all the benefits that come from playing in the bush: the independence, the challenge, the mindfulness, the curiosity, fun, and sense of awe. Through playing in nature, and giving children the freedom to take developmentally appropriate risks, we help our children learn how to care for themselves, their peers, and the natural world.

We are proud to offer a range of programs including our popular Bush Play and Bush Mamas Villages, bush birthday parties, incursions and excursions for centers, schools and more.
