For Children from birth- 12 and their families

Our Bush Play Villages are designed with the parents and families in mind. As well as play and learning, our groups are for building community and supporting each other to learn new skills and step outside your comfort zone.

While all of our programs are child-led and very flexible, there is a set structure or routine. We begin with a welcome circle as a group, followed by an invitation or activity before we explore the bush. All our sessions end with a closing circle, time to reflect and share before we sing our goodbye song.

Some activities and opportunities include, water/mud play, painting, treasure hunts, bush walks, stick play and craft, nature crafts, singing songs, reading books, balancing, and climbing skills, shelter building and more.

We believe in the power of mutli age play and LOVE having mixed ages at our villages.

Fortnightly from Monday 16th

Dru Point Village

Weekly Friday from the 13th

Summer/Autumn inspired invitations may include, snake safety, games and education, shadow prints and games, leaf art, water play, potions, treasure hunts, nature crafts and more.

The thought and care Roxanne has put into her Bush Play sessions is exceptional. Giving fantastic opportunities to families that may not otherwise have the ability to experience such flexible activities in a calm and supporting environment. Being outside and experiencing nature with Bush Play has been my sons favourite part of the week. Free to be Bush Play and Learning is amazing for those that love the outdoors, and those that may not be confident and wanting to get out of their comfort zones.
